Foam Rolling Practice I

 About this class

Do you have a foam roller at home and want to learn more ways to use it? Would you like a practice that is comprehensive while still giving you options for using small specifically to target certain areas? Want to learn how to use a foam roller to support your yoga practice? This is the class for you! You will need a yoga mat, a 36 in foam roller and a yoga strap or belt. What to Know:

This yoga class will help release tension in muscles and fascia, to improve mobility and agility. In addition, we will access fun creative uses of the foam roller for core strengthening, using yoga pose preparations. We will then explore a few standing poses to explore greater range of movement. We will follow with a unique deep restorative, tractioning the lumbar spine. 

All students need a yoga mat, a 36 inch foam roller, yoga strap and blanket(s).

This class is held virtually via Zoom and at Greensboro Performing Arts.
