About Mona Flynn
Mona Flynn is an exercise physiologist, yoga and Pilates teacher, and owner of LifeFit, Inc., a business dedicated to using a variety of wellness modalities for lifelong fitness, well-being, and building community. Iyengar-influenced yoga practices will include restoratives like Yoga Nidra and TRE™, and discussions on yoga teachings, Ayurveda and aromatherapy.
TENTATIVE DAILY ITINERARY
The itinerary for this yoga and travel retreat offers yoga/Pilates practices and mealtimes to accommodate daily free time for exploring the breathtaking tropical location of pristine beaches and jungle, Blue Osa Retreat & Spa, and nearby excursions/sightseeing. Once all spaces are filled, the registered group will review area offerings and the daily schedule may evolve slightly to accommodate any group-wide excursions. When registering, please take time to fill out the intake form so that continued planning can reflect the interests and needs of those registered, especially in the 7 daily morning practices and 4 late afternoon/evening practices in this all levels retreat. Note that all practices and activities are optional. I look forward to working with and for each attendee for a memorable and unique retreat experience on the tranquil Blue Osa peninsula!
