Handouts of practice will be provided to encourage supplemental practice.

Core strength is a foundational key to ensuring the integrity of the design of the body and as well as to emotional resilience. Join us for a comprehensive practice that will provide accessible exercises for continued home practice.  Join us to find out what exactly are the core muscles of the body and how to maintain balanced strength for these groups of muscles.
