Tuesday Evening Mixed Level Yoga

Tuesdays at 6pm

What to Know:

All students need a yoga mat, two blocks, strap, 2 small balls, stretch band (s), and blanket. You may find items at home to substitute. In each 8-week session we will use bolsters occasionally and 2 pillows can be substituted. Occasionally we will also use a chair and/or a wall, to create different leverage patterns as it is an official yoga prop.
