About Yoga for the Hands, Neck, and Shoulders
Sunday, May 16, 3:00 -4:15pm, Yoga for the Neck, Shoulders and Hands: Did you know that many inversion “recovery” exercises also serve to condition as well as to aid release of tension from the fingers to the neck? These exercises are also used as preparations for yoga practice and are part of the beautiful world of Mudra. We will cover a little general anatomy, understand about nerve and facial connections and more. We will cover pain management and modifications to help with joint, muscular strengthening and mobility for hands, wrist, shoulders and neck.
