Spain Retreat Welcome Letter

Malaga, Spain, April 9-16, 2023…with Cathy and Mona as your hosts. a yoga and adventure retreat dedicated to embracing who we are with an open and curious mind, and tender heart. The practice sessions will include Mindfulness, yoga, creative and fun movement sequences designed for the everyday human, and Yogi at any level. Mobility, self-massage, deep relaxation, therapeutic sequences for hip shoulder and spine, inspiring Dharma talks to bring about a feeling of lightheartedness and ease for your whole being. Let your spirit roam and be inspired by the beauty of Southern Spain with lots of free time to explore the area. 3 optional excursions, at additional cost, will be offered for those who want to join. Daily invigorating and rejuvenating morning practice sessions (for all levels) with optional evening sessions (4 evenings offered) focused on pranayama and relaxation. We can’t wait!

Thank you for your deposit. We are so excited to journey together to this magical place in Southern Spain. Please see your attached invoice for the remainder of monies owed for your retreat. Final balance due January 8, and you may pay the balance any time before this date.

 

We encourage you to purchase trip insurance, and we are recommending Angela Eberle from Horizon View Travel. She has given us a special rate of $15 to quote and purchase trip insurance, $25 for airline tickets, or $40 for the whole she-bang. You are welcome to use your own travel agent as well.
