What is your love language?

Hello February, the month that reminds us how Love Makes the World Go Round!  Black History Month,  Valentine's Day and many other significant days, even memories yet to be made this month, remind us that loving one another is essential. Have you heard of the 5 Love Languages?  Dr. Gary Chapman came up the idea that we all communicate in five love languages: words of affirmation, physical touch, receiving gifts, quality time, and acts of service. Additionally, each one of us has a love language that we communicate our love with and one that we like people to show their love to us with, and sometimes those two are the same. At Life Fit Yoga, our love language is Quality Time in Yoga!

Yoga teaches that  bringing the body and mind together empowers you to see more clearly and accept yourself with compassion. When you do that, your capacity to love others — boldly and unconditionally, without judgement — grows. What begins as an effort to change for your own wellbeing becomes a way to positively affect every life you touch.

Come join us our  classes or in our special offerings to get in on the quality time together!

“Have only love in your heart for others. The more you see the good in them,
the more you will establish good in yourself.” – Paramahansa Yogananda
